About me

Hi, I'm Tania —
coach and founder of BeWell

Mum of two and a certified fitness and personal trainer. I make short home programmes for women who need a clear plan that actually fits into real life.

My story

Where BeWell came from

01

Where it started

Two pregnancies — and a body I stopped recognising. No strength, no time, and every programme online demanded a different life: an hour in the gym, a perfect schedule, iron discipline.

02

What I learned

Short movement that fits a real day works better than a perfect plan that doesn't exist. 20–30 minutes between everything else — and strength comes back. Slowly, but for real.

03

Why I built BeWell

Because there are thousands of women like I was then. BeWell is the system I was missing: clear technique, a ready plan and no punishment for a missed day.

My approach

Connect · Build · Restore · Repeat

CONNECT

Feel first: breath, technique and contact with your body — then load.

BUILD

Gradual strength: short workouts that make you stronger step by step.

RESTORE

Recovery is part of the plan, not a skipped day. Mobility, stretching and permission to rest.

REPEAT

A calendar, a rhythm and support — so movement becomes a habit, not another "starting Monday".

Education & qualifications

My education and training

Completed

  • Girls Gone Strong — Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification (2025)
  • TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health — Lambeth College, UK (2026)
  • FitSchool.pro (2025): personal trainer · functional training · Pilates · stretching · gym instructor · pregnancy fitness
  • Fitness Academy — Ukraine: pregnancy and fitness training · posture · myofascial release · pelvic floor · personal trainer theory

Currently studying

  • Polestar Pilates Mat — coursework complete, practice and exam ahead
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1
  • PCES — pelvic health
  • FutureFit UK — Mat Pilates Level 3/4 and Reformer
  • Study Active UK — Level 3 Diploma PT + RSPH Level 4 Nutrition

I'm honest about the difference between what I've completed and what I'm still studying. The learning never stops — and I think that matters too.

My boundaries

What I don't promise

I don't promise cures, "detoxes" or spot reduction. I don't replace your doctor or physiotherapist. When something is outside my competence, I say so — and point you to the right specialist.

My job is to make movement part of your life. Not a project. Not a punishment. Part of your life.

What's next

Choose the format that fits you right now

Not by fitness level — by where you are. All programmes are currently in Ukrainian; English versions are on the way.
